1. About Family Strong
Family Strong provides coaching, education and personal development programs designed to help fathers strengthen themselves, their relationships and their families.
Our services are educational and transformational in nature and are intended to support personal growth and leadership within the family.

Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions and actions.
4. Private Conversations
Submitting an application does not guarantee coaching services.
The initial conversation is intended to determine whether Family Strong and the applicant are a good fit to work together.
Family Strong reserves the right to decline coaching services if we believe another resource or professional would better serve an applicant's needs.
5. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching conversations is treated with respect and confidentiality.
Information will not be shared with third parties unless:
You provide permission.
Disclosure is required by law.
There is a concern involving imminent harm to yourself or others.
6. Payments
Fees for coaching services will be communicated before any coaching agreement begins.
Payment is required according to the agreement established between Family Strong and the client.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens.
If you need to reschedule a coaching session, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered forfeited unless otherwise agreed upon.
8. Refunds
Because coaching involves reserving time and providing personalized support, refunds are not available once coaching services have begun.
If a concern arises, we encourage an open conversation so we can determine an appropriate solution together.
